This means we have made a clear commitment to a zero-tolerance approach towards unwatned, inappropriate or harmful sexual behaviour directed at our workforce.
We are committed to:
- Actively work to eradicate sexual harrassment and abuse in the workplace
- Promoting a cultrue of openness, transparency and respect
- Supporting any member of staff who experiences inappropriate behaviour
- Clearly communicate expected standards of behaviour
- Taking all reports of inappropriate behaviour seriously and acting quickly
- Clear polices, procedures and reporting systems are in place.
